Home/Summer Barbecue Summer Barbecue Saturday, July 21, 2007 Long Beach, California The beach will function as the backdrop for the July 2007 Next Generation Group Planning Meeting, Saturday, July 21, beginning at 3:00pm. The location is the beachfront of Rick Eng's condominium complex in the City of Long Beach. The typical meeting format will give way to a more recreational structure, beginning with a friendly game of beach volleyball followed by an early evening barbecue back on the condo complex's roof deck where we'll enjoy barbecued meats/poultry and other dishes as the sun settles over the Pacific horizon. Although food and refreshments will be provided, you are invited to bring your own dishes to grill or drinks to imbibe. Parking Street parking is available along Ocean Blvd., 9th Place and 10th Place. There are public accessways down to the beach on 9th and 10th Places. The sand court is closer to 10th Place. Members of the Eng/Ng Family Benevolent Association's Next Generation Group (NGG) are encourage to invite guests who may have an interest in becoming involved with charting the course of their family association in the 21st Century.
