Review: The Eng Family Benevolent Association 14th National Convention
The Eng Family Association 14th National Convention was held in Chicago, August 28-30, 2005. As usual the National Convention is not only a typical convention, it is more of a family reunion. This is the time when the Engs through out the country came together and rekindled old family ties and friendships.
Everyone was anxious to meet with friends and relatives that the convention meeting took only one morning to complete. In that one morning, Yui Kwong Ng of Seattle was elected as National Eng Family Association Western Regional President and Ken Ping Ng of New York was elected Eastern Regional President. The Los Angeles Chapter was selected to host the 15th National Convention in 2009.
The 15th National Convention will convene on board a cruise ship for a four-day cruise to the Mexican Riviera.
